I joined Greenstreet Berman immediately after graduation and now have over three years’ experience working on a variety of projects, most recently across the defence, rail and nuclear industries. The projects have spanned a range of Human Factors disciplines including design support, safety culture, competence management and human error identification and analysis, to name but a few. I am currently working towards ‘Registered’ membership of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors.
What are your professional interests?
My interests lay in helping organisations understand how and why people behave the way they do in the workplace, and developing strategies to help guide and influence peoples’ behaviour. Whether that be identifying additional training needs, providing design support for new facilities, or updating operating procedures. As a Consultant, I enjoy supporting businesses in identifying areas of improvement, and implementing people-based changes which result in more effective and efficient organisations.
What do you do in your spare time?
As a keen sports person, I play in a local ladies’ hockey league throughout the winter and dabble in mixed doubles on the tennis court during the summer months – weather permitting! I also thoroughly enjoy exploring the noocks and crannies London has to offer, enhancing my photography skills whenever possible!
