Systems & Project Support Manager
My role includes working on client projects and internal development of systems, policies, processes etc. predominantly in IT & QA. I am actually rather useful at solving problems and regularly provide support to all of the staff in the office. I’m passionate about people; they’re the best, most complex ‘thing’ on the planet!
What do you do at Greenstreet Berman Ltd?
For projects I tackle large datasets using Excel/Access assisting with some of the analysis that we perform; conduct telephone or face-to-face interviews with stakeholders, as well as reviewing reports & deliverables.
Internal policy/process development includes reviewing/auditing our Quality Management System, website content management, exploring and implementing new software/hardware and integrating this into the business system.
What are your professional interests?
Corporate Image: QA – I’m one of those people that bothers about details, I may not straighten the pictures when visiting your house (even though I’ll notice them) but shoddy formatting, typos and bad grammar really bug me! I firmly believe that by investing more time into something that is good, you can make it excellent.
What do you do in your spare time?
I enjoy doing life with friends, having a good chat combined with great food.
I support the A21 charity which works to abolish human trafficking by rescuing those enslaved, bringing convictions to those responsible and preventing more people becoming victims by raising awareness of the dangers. (www.a21.org)
I also enjoy playing drums & doing a spot of DIY. (When I sound like I’m building a shed that’s the DIY not the drumming!).
I’ll read anything by John C Maxwell.
Tell us something we might not know about you.
Twice a year I lead several teams of volunteers at multi-day conferences at the SSE Arena, Wembley & the O2 Arena, Greenwich.
